We process users’ personal data only to the extent required to operate a functional website and to provide our services. Legal bases: Art. 6(1) lit. (a) (consent), (b) (contract), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR, and § 26 of the German TDDDG.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records information in so-called server log files, transmitted by your browser (IP address, browser & operating system, date and time of access, page requested, referrer, hostname if applicable). Basis: legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted as soon as possible.
4. Cookies & cookie notice
To display our cookie notice we set one strictly necessary cookie (retention approx. 6 months, purpose: repeating the notice where required). It is not shared with third parties.
5. E-mail contact
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you send us (name, company, e-mail address, message content, and your sender address where applicable) for the purpose of handling your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; in the context of contract negotiations: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your details are not passed on to third parties unless required for processing. Once processing is complete we delete the data unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (e.g. the Schleswig-Holstein State Data Protection Authority, Mönkebergstr. 3-15, 23558 Lübeck).
7. Changes
We will adapt this privacy policy where necessary to reflect changes in data processing or case law.
